Return Policy

If you have changed your mind, we need to have the product back, postmarked within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be in their original condition, including all parts, instructions and packaging.  If the product has been used, damaged or is incomplete, we will not be able to issue a refund unless previously authorized by a customer service representative.

 

You may use any return shipping method that you prefer. Please note that we do not provide shipping labels for returned merchandise.

Please provide the e-mail address and corresponding order number, as well as your reason for returning the item. If an item is received without necessary information to locate your order, your return will not be processed until the information is properly provided.

 

If we sent the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please contact us directly. We would be happy to correct the issue for you immediately.

 

If you have received a defective product, we need to know within 15 days of receipt of the item. Most manufacturers will be more than willing to repair your item, or send a replacement if necessary based on your products factory warranty.  We would be happy to help with this process if necessary.

 

If your item is damaged or lost in shipping, please contact us immediately and we will assist you with this process and get the issue corrected as quickly as possible.

 

We are not responsible if a package is lost or misdirected due to a wrong, old, or incorrect address. If your package is returned to us marked undelivered or refused, you will be refunded for the item and you will need to place a new order. Please note: We will not honor requests to reroute or stop shipment on any package once it has been shipped.

 

We will only ship to the address you provide for us on your order and we will not make any changes to your address once the order is approved. 

 

Please allow 5-7 business days for returns to be processed once they are received at our facility.  Refund will be for the item price only, no refunds for shipping. If you received free shipping with your order, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.

 

We ask that you please verify that any item you are returning to us meets the requirements listed. We will not process your refund if it does not meet these requirements.
