What are your hours of operation?

            Our hours of operation are from 8am until 5pm CST, Monday through Friday.   Please note that we are closed on weekends and holidays.

 

Can I have my items shipped internationally?

            At this time, we only ship within the Continental United States and we do not     ship to PO Box or Military addresses (i.e. APO and FPO).

 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

            At this time, we do not offer any expedited shipping services. All of our             packages are shipped using standard 3-5 business day delivery.

 

What shipping carrier do you use?

            We ship using the most appropriate and cost efficient carrier for the items you    purchase. This helps us keep the shipping costs down for all of our          customers.

 

Are your items new, used or refurbished?

            All of our items are new and in factory sealed condition. We do not sell any       used or refurbished products.

 

Where is my order?

You may use the tracking number provided in your email confirmation to inquire about your package directly with our shipping service. If you need assistance, please contacts us directly and we would be happy to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
