This is my first review on Amazon. I was compelled to write this review because I feel the purchase I made of a product which I thought was well-made turned out to be the opposite.
First off, this watch is smaller than you think. For me, it didn't really matter because I have a small wrist.
The watch looks very sharp, but not that noticeable due to its size. I actually wore it while working as a law enforcement officer. This watch did not take the beating which i expected it to.
The strap broke off after about 4 months of daily use.
I replaced the strap and moved on.
Just over 1 year of wearing this watch, it stopped ticking and the second/minute/hour hands all started spinning as if they had become dislodged or loose inside the watch.
So, in a nutshell, the price I paid WOULD have been worth it to wear this watch for ONE year only if the bracelet would have held up.
Otherwise, a regretful purchase.
NOTE: I did contact Smith&Wessun regarding the band, to which they said that wear and tear on the band is NOT covered by warranty.
I'll buy handcuffs and other gear from Smith&Wessun, but I will NEVER purchase a timepiece from them again.

I ordered a watch from Best Products. The watch arrived promptly and was as expected. However after a few days it stopped working. I put a new battery in it and it worked for about ten minutes. I contacted Best Products and they immediately sent me a new watch, free of charge, and did not require that the broken watch be returned. From now on when I buy from Amazon I will give Best Products first priority.

this is my first S&w watch, good color and band but for my surprise the size is too small a watch like this for me has to be at least 43mm and when I was buying this watch they don't tell you nothing about the size so I though the watch was more than 40mm but its not so bottom line good looking watch but too small, I did the measure and I found this watch is 38mm for a tactical watch that's not good.
