A fantastic toy for kids of all ages!!Nov 17, 2006
By S. Fitzgerald I bought these to have an amusing toy for the kids outside. They work fantastic! The pump inflates on both the push and pull strokes inflating balloons quickly, so I can inflate one while one child is launching another. My kids LOVE chasing after them. Before you know it an hour of outside play has gone by.

HOURS OF FUNJul 21, 2007
By Heather We have so much fun with this rocket balloon pump & balloons. It is much better than the cheap ones you get in the store (with the straws to blow them up). You pump up a balloon and let it go and it makes a screeching loud noise & they go up VERY HIGH (we have lost a bunch of them on rooftops & other high places). We even have "races" with them when we have barbecues, the kids & adults all get in on it, everyone pumps a balloon and then we let them all go at once to see whose goes the highest, its very fun & the sound drives the dogs crazy. My only complaint would be that it is pretty expensive at $10 plus $5 for shipping. I probably wouldn't mind paying $8 for this and even up to $10 TOTAL COST, but when it comes out to $15-it just seems very expensive. I guess whats good is that it comes iwth 50 balloons but for the price we have to pay including shipping-maybe they should consider giving us 75-100 balloons and then I would give it 5 stars. The balloons ar epretty durable & reusable (if you don't lose them on rooftops) but so far out of about 30 balloons that we have used-about 8 or 9 of them were defective (they popped while we were pumping them up-and we did not overpump)....Have fun & I really suggest these rocket balloons as a stocking stuffer or a birthday gift, they will probide hours & hours of fun-best when used outdoors since indoors they can fly into your knick knacks & stuff-causing an accident. Also-tell the kids NOT TO let them loose in the street or in parking lots where there are cars-can be distracting & dangerous to drivers.

Great summer time fun that keeps them running!!!!Jun 27, 2007
By Doreen J. Crespo We love these sets. I buy them when ever I can find them in the store and when I can't I go to the internet! I recommend them for use with adult supervision or teenage help. There is usually a balloon that will pop while you are blowing them up and some that will hit a sharp object and pop. We found that you can use them over about 4-8 or so many times before they get weak and will pop. Still a fun time that gets the kids running and tired!! Great to take to the beach so they fly into the water too!! Took them to Spain and they loved them there too!!

Rocket Balloons with pumpJan 30, 2010
By Kenneth Borgh The balloons were a blast with my grandkids. We had a ball for hours at the park shooting these off. The pump was ok but guess who gets to pump all of the balloons. It is not the kids, it is Grandpa. So a solution was to take by battery operated Sears air compressor to blow them up. That seems to be just as fun for the grandkids as shooting the balloons off. Size of a drill but saved a ton of time and frustration.

Hit of the park!!Nov 25, 2008

This toy is SO fun!!!! All you do is pump up the balloon and let them go. The way the balloons are made, they fly really far into the air, spin around and make a really funny noise when they fly! The first thing, however, to make sure of with these it to only give your child 1 or 2 balloons at a time and have them chase them or else you will have littered the entire park in ten minutes. Also, if they have to chase the balloons in order to reuse them, they are getting a ton of exercise without even realizing it.
