Great piece, incomplete iformation.Jun 20, 2011
By Rafal Wlazlo If you are buying this item for the very first time, be aware that it DOES NOT come with the Edges/Corners, which you must buy separate for around 10$, separately. You actually will need exactly 2 sets of those Edges/Corners to cover around the entire mat. That information is not included in the description, which I find a bit fishy, although the product itself is very good.

By Luis Most mats contain residues of dangerous chemicals, but this one doesn't according to lab tests. I'd stick with this one:

Great play matDec 12, 2010
By Patrick H. Horn We bought a much cheaper and thinner mat initially from Lowes. We later bought this mat for another room. This mat is much thicker, and we were quite impressed with the quality. Needless to say we replaced the thinner mat we had initially with this one and don't regret the change. We'd recommend this mat to anyone considering the purchase of a play mat. And contrary to what ages are listed, there really aren't any small parts, so this would be fine for a toddler. We use it for our 13 month old.

Comfy but smellyFeb 25, 2011
By babymama115 This mat is very cute and very comfy due to the thickness of the tiles. However, there is a strong chemical odor that did not dissipate even after airing out for 2 days.

Awesome product!Nov 08, 2011
By Stephanie M. Lyke We bought this to provide a soft and safe place for our 10 month old son to crawl and play in our kitchen which has a travertine floor. We love the tiles and so does our son. We made a cube out of some of the blocks that the DS loves to push over and he loves trying to take the numbers and letters and squares apart. No more hard and slippery kitchen floor and we can keep a good eye on him when we are cooking. I would definitely recommend this to other parents.
