It helped with my postpartum recovery. The bottle is quite too big though so I had a lot of product left after I recovered.

Daughter said it did help, just had a hard time getting out and on the right place! When you hold it to spray it wouldn't come out holding it up side down! Needs to have it so the spray works on where you want it!

used it right after i delivered and it helped A LOT! i feel much more refreshed as it cools. believe me you will want to feel as comfy as possible after delivering n for me this helped
